As per multiple sources, ‘Suga’ has a net worth of more than $2 million as of 2024. Since he is the bantamweight champion in one of the most popular promotions in the world, he has made a lucrative sum over the years. Even though the major part of his earnings is from the fights in the Octagon, he also has more than one source of income. He earned a base salary of $1.43 million from his last win. Apart from that, the million-dollar fighter also has endorsements with companies like Reebok, Crypto.com, Venum, MyBookieMMA, and Sanabul.
Apart from being a business genius, he also showed his kind nature and has been doing multiple charity works throughout the years. He donated $27,500 from his earnings to the Rising Special Kids in 2019. He had acquired the eighth position in the Fortnite video game, and that is the prize money that he donated to this foundation. He is associated with Venom under the UFC tag, and the last merchandise that they came up with was for UFC 299. O’Malley has also worked with Sanabul, a company that manufactures fitness equipment and sports gear.
To top it off, he has collaborated with the company many times and even commented, “I love working with Sanabul to create such unique products, and this is just the beginning of something very special with many more collections to come.”
The American fighter also got his hands on MyBookieMMA, which is a sportsbook and bookmaker company that is also associated with betting. Apart from these lucrative deals, ‘Suga’ is sponsored by the RYSE energy drink. Among partners like the Buffalo Sabres, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bulls, and the American Cornhole League, Sean O’Malley represents UFC in the company.

Even though he has already collaborated with amazing companies, two of his biggest collaborations were with Reebok and PrizePicks. The latter is the largest daily fantasy sports operator in North America, and they announced a multi-year deal with the bantamweight champion in March 2024. The company has launched a campaign called Less Talk, More Action, More Suga for the recent championship match featuring a “Pink Out” of its Discord channel, reaching more than 430,000 members. Lastly, he also had a deal with Reebok, but this one was as controversial as it was lucrative.
What happened between Sean O’Malley and Reebok?
Approximately four years ago, he collaborated with Reebok and also shed light on the company’s apparel deal with him. He claimed in an interview with Brendan Schaub that he had received $3000 in royalty after Reebok had made more than $1 million from his merchandise. This shocking difference between what he got and what they earned had infuriated the fighter.
“I got a royalty from Reebok,” O’Malley said. He continued, “If I read it right, which I think I did, and I even sent it to my dad, I’m like, ‘Did I read this right?’ He said yes. So unless we both can’t read, Reebok made over $1 million on all my merch and I got like $3,000. I’m like, ‘What the f—?’ It’s ridiculous. “I thought I got 15%. They’re like, ‘Well, you get 15% of this, but of this, and then these guys get it, and then you get 15% of that.’ I’m like, ‘Holy sh*.’ And then they make all these sweet shirts on Reebok. I’m like, ‘Damn.’ I tell people, ‘Don’t buy that.'”
This deal was started with the UFC as a whole in 2015 and offered a tired system of sponsorship for UFC fighters. It means that the greater the number of fights one fighter has in a promotion, the more money they get.
One of the most popular bantamweights might be very brutal inside the octagon or even when he’s trash-talking with his opponents, but he has a heart of gold. He loves to give back to those in need and already has made various donations to people who are less fortunate than himself. So, he showed his kind nature again and did something charitable with Reebok merchandise.

Telling the story of this incident, MMA Analyst Brett Okamoto shared the details of where he used all his Reebok sponsorship money to buy shoes for children in need. O’Malley said that when Reebok signed the sponsorship deal with him, they gave him $10k to spend on anything he wanted. So even though his deal with Reebok did not work out due to financial misunderstandings, he still generously gave away the $10k earnings that Reebok gave him for kids in need. The fighter surely has a lot of sponsors and endorsements, but does he own any business?
Ryse Energy Drink: Is Sean O’Malley the owner?
Many people might be under the notion that ‘Suga’ owns RYSE because he endorses the energy drink, but unfortunately, this is not true. However, the good news is that he has been in collaboration with the company since 2023.

The owner, Nicholas Stella, had happily announced signing ‘Suga’ and posted the news on LinkedIn. He posted a picture of the fighter with custom RYSE drinks while he was wearing a custom-made jacket as well.
Back in 2023, O’Malley spoke about launching his own marijuana business following the footsteps of Conor McGregor, who opened his whiskey company. However, nothing much is known about it now, but we do know that the champ is a million-dollar fighter who has many sponsors and a golden heart. What do you think about his sponsorships?
