These results have spiraled him into stardom, reaching the #1 contender for the bantamweight belt. Whilst Aljamain Sterling hasn’t addressed his doubters since claiming the belt, ‘Sugar’ has the chance to claim it for himself. Although he has shifted his focus now to start his own business.
Sean O’Malley looking to capture the booming marijuana business
‘Sugar‘ was recently featured on ‘Full Send Podcast’, where he spoke about his new business venture. In addition, he explains how he wishes to emulate ‘The Notorious’ by building a marijuana empire.
He said, “I think the big one, the one that’ll probably be the biggest, hasn’t happened yet. And that’s gonna be a strain, a certain strain, the ‘Sugar strain,’ and it’s getting into that business, like, we’ve tried it a couple times, but it’s tough”
Moreover, he talks about how difficult it is to deal with the regulations. He said, “There’s a lot of things you’ve gotta figure out; laws, federal laws. The weed game’s tough. I think that’s definitely something I wanna get into. But you have to pick the right people, the right partners.”
