In a recent post on Instagram, when Pantoja asked his fans who should fight for his title, they mentioned Sean O’Malley’s name. That’s when the flyweight champion mentioned that ‘Suga’ is the only fighter who can make him move up the weight class. Pantoja said, “If I have something to make me go to the bantamweight, [it] is this guy [Sean O’Malley], bro. “

He also added that Sean O’Malley talks a lot and for some reason, he did not share the video of them sparring together some time ago. “He talk a lot of sh*t. If you know this guy, he recorded my sparring with him [but] he never sent me.” In addition to this confession, the bantamweight champion issued a response.

‘Suga’ claims that he will knock out Pantoja

Sean O’Malley and Alexandre Pantoja used to train together. Moreover, over a couple of years ago, he claimed to have knocked out ‘The Cannibal’ in a sparring match. It certainly did not sit well with the Flyweight champion. However, ‘Suga’ has doubled down on his claim in response to Pantoja’s callout on X (formerly known as Twitter).
