Dana White was asked by a member of the press about his plans to take the UFC around the world. As pointed out by the journalist, White has been speaking of taking the promotion to Spain, Africa, as well as Abu Dhabi. Dana White was not yet sure of a date for UFC Manchester but it is definitely happening his year.

In a later confirmation from the UFC CEO, it would appear that the promotion will do an event in Manchester this year, in July. An exact date is still being awaited as of this very moment. In the meantime, he also confirmed taking the fights elsewhere. All thanks to the new champions such as Ilia Topuria and Dricus Du Plessis.

Dana White was faced with the question about taking the promotion to Spain to which the UFC head honcho said, “Spain could be a possibility too . . . But absolutely, the answer is yes.” He spoke about how the promotion has tried landing a venue in Spain before but with no success.

He also promised to take UFC to Africa and a UFC 308 has already been planned to go down in Abu Dhabi on October 26th on a Saturday. It’s good to know that interim champs and others are rooting for their home-countries.
