From the very start of speculations, fans have been excited to see the trash talk between Strickland and Adesanya. Both fighters have a unique set of mic skills, and moreover, they do not even like each other. Recently, ‘Tarzan’ appeared in an interview with ‘FULL SEND MMA’ where he took shots at his next opponent.
Firstly, he started by doubling down on his fight against the UFC middleweight champion. According to Strickland, just some paperwork needs to be signed before the fight becomes official. “I want to fight the Chinaman. Look like it’s happening. We’re about to sign some paperwork, about to make this sh*t. This is up in the grill bro,” he said.
Further, he took shots at Adesanya regarding the champion’s nationality. Years ago, when Adesanya was fighting in the country of China, he infamously stated that he is Chinese. Fast forward to the present, ‘Tarzan’ still makes fun of that statement. This is something that he did in his recent interview as well. “It’s going good. It’s happening, I’m gonna do it for the Aussies, I’m gonna do it for America. We’re gonna go try to kill that f*cking man”, he said.
