UFC Vegas 57 saw the promotion returning to the Apex, in Las Vegas. The Fight Night show had many interesting bouts for the fight fans. But the main event stars put themselves apart with an enthralling performance. The lightweight standouts, Arman Tsarukyan & Mateusz Gamrot put on a classic that had everything (striking clinic to grappling masterclass) in it.

After a grueling 25-minute back and forth, the 31-year-old, Gamrot, won the fight via a unanimous decision. And to spark things up, he showed what direction he wants to go when he called out a former interim lightweight champion for his next bout.

The main event lived up to all the hype, as the quest to get a top-five opponent brought the best out of both fighters.

UFC Vegas 57 headliner started with both fighters showing aggression in the first round, which they kept till the end of the bout. Their grappling exchanges were a treat to see for the fight fans. Besides, both showed how versatile they are in the standup exchanges.

Despite both of them fighting their heart out, there could be only one winner. The judges gave the decision to ‘Gamer’. The winner called out Justin Gaethje for his next outing inside the Octagon.

The battle of two of the best grapplers in the division outside the top 10 had the fight fans invested in the stunning headliner. Both fighters got a heap of praise from the MMA world.

In the post-fight interview, apart from showing interest to compete against a top-five fighter in Justin Gaethje, ‘Gamrot’ also showed he is willing to take on anybody in the division.

“Never doubt me, I am ready for every single f**king guy in the division,” the former KSW dual champion stated.
