The millionaire Canadian rapper Drake is one of the biggest superstars on the planet right now. It’s not fresh news to any UFC fans that the rapper is a fan of the promotion. Now, Drake has picked sides for the upcoming lightweight main event at UFC 274 and he is backing Justin Gaethje.

Drake shared an image on Instagram, which revealed that the rapper has staked CA$550,000 on Gaethje to win. The last UFC bet he shared was when he placed $275,000 on Jorge Masvidal to win. Unfortunately for Drake, Masvidal lost that fight.

Justin Gaethje sides Colby Covington over Jorge Masvidal over the Miami Steakhouse incident

Jorge Masvidal was arrested for insulating his former roommate, now turned bitter enemy, Colby Covington at a steakhouse in Miami. There was a lot of tension between the two even after their bout at UFC 273, and Masvidal took up the opportunity to attack him outside the cage.

In a recent interview, Gaethje said,” in a street fight you can go and grab a brick and hit someone. There are rules here. There are rules in this sport. I think the only rule is don’t hit someone in the back. I’m on his [Covington] side when it comes to Masvidal.”
