Brown still trains at Budokan Martial Arts Academy and his coaches are Ralph Mitchell, Nardu Debrah, and Kevin Smith. If he is not competing inside the octagon, then he is always testing his physical prowess in the gym or the training center. You might also find him streaming MMA content at home while he is resting and uploading his fighting footage on YouTube or Twitch. The fighter and gamer who loves art takes his training very seriously.

A typical day of training for him consists of stand-up martial arts in the morning and grappling for the night, but these styles differ from day to day. He is so serious about training that he has already started practicing his combat with the new gloves introduced by Dana White.

How did ‘Rudeboy’ start training?
