The Stacked Card of UFC 275

There is no doubt that UFC 275 delivered several great matchups and adrenaline-fueled fights.

The fight between Weili Zhang and Joanna Jedrzejczyk was thrilling and emotional. The two women gave it their all as they traded blows in the first round. Zhang then knocked out Jedrzejczyk via a beautifully timed spinning back fist.

Jedrzejczyk would then announce her retirement in an emotional post-fight interview. The co-main event of the card featured Taila Santos, taking on the likes of Valentina Shevchenko. This fight was closer than expected, as Santos gave Shevchenko a run for her money.

Santos dominated the wrestling department and used her ground and pound skills to overwhelm Shevchenko. She also attempted to submit Shevchenko thrice. The Bullet dominated the striking department, using her long strikes to keep Santos at bay.

Shevchenko ultimately came out on top after a split decision win (48-47, 47-48, 49-46). The highlight of the night was the main event in which the two fighters displayed a brilliant performance.

Teixeira utilized his takedown skills to bring the battle to the ground and dominated the ground exchanges after using his ground and pound skills. Prochazka had his moments in the fight, but it looked unlikely that he would come out on top after a beautiful takedown from Teixeira in the final round.
