UFC head honcho Dana White, since taking the reins of the promotion, has not only pulled the UFC out of the dark ages but also transformed it into a model for others to emulate. White loves his promotion as much as he can, working to protect its interests from competition. This has been evident from time to time, and now this passion has come to the forefront again after PFL founder Don Davis offered White a cross-promotion proposal. White laughed off the situation, saying, “It cannot be fun to be one of their investors. It cannot be fun.”
Now, this back-and-forth has taken a new turn with Davis’s recent tweet, in which he quoted White’s words about the upcoming PFL event headlined by Francis Ngannou vs. Renan Ferreira. White had claimed, “I think when you’re losing as much money as they are, f–king go for it … f––king throw the kitchen sink at it … that sounds f–king brilliant.” In response, Don Davis taunted White, asking, “Why so mad?”

Dana White has been at war with Davis and his company lately, a feud that began at the DWCS 74 press conference. During the event, a reporter posed a triggering question to White regarding Francis Ngannou’s high pay in boxing compared to what he was speculated to earn in his bout against Jon Jones in the UFC. White dismissed the entire notion, reiterating the same sentiment while speaking to veteran reporter Kevin Iole, labeling the whole idea as “bullsh*t publicly that people believe, but that’s not the truth. Total bullsh*t, total bullsh*t.” Meanwhile, ‘The Predator’ has a different perspective on this matter.
