‘The Eraser’ names a couple of names UFC have offered him to fight against

In another interview ahead of his new deal, Paulo Costa also mentioned two names that he will be fighting after penning down his new deal. He is likely to return to the octagon in October as ‘The Eraser’ revealed that the UFC has offered him to fight Khamzat Chimaev and Sean Strickland. He told the Brazilian media outlet ‘PVT’, “I want that, too. [The UFC] wants to make sure this Chimaev fight happens at all costs, but I want to make both [fights] happen. We’ll see.”

Costa and Chimaev recently got into a verbal scuffle at the UFC Performance Institute. Although there were no physical altercations, both fighters developed a beef between them. In addition, Sean Strickland had been vocal about the dispute between ‘The Eraser’ and the UFC, repeatedly berating him on social media for his inactivity. As such, the Brazilian fighter is looking to settle both scores inside the octagon.
