Most fans may have witnessed several UFC fighters going no-holds-barred with their trash-talking. One bunch of UFC stars like Khabib Nurmagomedov are pretty respectful even in their fight-building approach. Yet, we have also seen UFC stars like Chael Sonnen and Conor McGregor, who openly fire shots at their rivals. However, a recent incident revealed that the noted undefeated UFC fighter, Khamzat Chimaev, resorted to an all-new method to get under his upcoming rival’s skin.

As most fans already know, ‘Borz’ has his next fight against the famed UFC Middleweight, Paulo Costa at UFC 294. But what ‘Borz’ did to get inside Costa’s mind may cause a number of fans to express distaste towards him. Further, his rival, Costa, threatened to report this incident which he labeled as “harassment”.

What exactly did Khamzat Chimaev do to get under the skin of Paulo Costa?

Well, the Chechnyan decided to target Costa’s girlfriend and manager, Tamara Alves, to get underneath his skin. ‘Borz’ sent two DMs to Alves through his Instagram that showcased Costa getting battered in his fight against the former UFC Middleweight champ, Israel Adesanya.

The words Chimaev wrote also turned off a number of fans who called him racist as well. His words read, “Haw [How] can you be together with his s*it, he likes bl**k boys”. However, Alves leaked out Chimaev’s DMs to her boyfriend, ‘The Eraser’, who then publicized Chimaev’s deeds with an ‘X’ update.

The words in Costa’s ‘X’ update were enough to reveal that he didn’t take all of this too well. After all, he called this “harassment”. But, looking at the emojis in his tweet, and his nature, several fans might also say that Costa was rather having a laugh at Chimaev’s attempts to get under his skin.

But, the comments section of Costa’s update also revealed that a number of fans were really annoyed by Chimaev’s antics. It was apparent that a lot of them never expected such an act coming from Chimaev.

Well, Costa’s girlfriend, Alves, also took her turn to fire at Chimaev, who allegedly harassed her with DMs. Most fans might know that Alveas also works as Costa’s manager. Hence, with ‘The Eraser’ currently in the seventh year of his UFC career, it’s quite apparent that Alves has also seen the ugly parts of the game.

She gave a derogatory reality check to Chimaev with a comment on Costa’s update. Alves called the undefeated UFC star, a “scared” guy who targets the women related to his rivals. This is what her deriding comment for Chimaev read:

But her remarks, implying Chimaev is a “weak” individual, might cause some fans to think that Costa and Alves have gotten under Chimaev’s skin. Do you think the Chechnyan got inspired by Dillon Danis, who is earning massive fame by taking jibes at his rival Logan Paul’s girlfriend?
