One of the greatest news stories combat sports lovers learned about recently was UFC’s parent company, Endeavor, acquiring WWE for $9.3 billion. Soon after, the news circulated like wildfire, many speculated about a possible crossover of WWE and UFC. However, at the moment the UFC president, Dana White has cleared the air regarding the matter. The UFC boss is not ready to hype the situation by giving false hopes for any UFC vs. WWE bouts. While the UFC is the world’s biggest MMA promotion, WWE is the world’s biggest wrestling organization.

Bringing both these great powers under the same umbrella can pave the way for great benefits for the parent organization. Merging them would estimate the total value at around $21.4 billion. However, there is no scope for cross-overs, as the two are different from each other in various aspects. According to White, it is impossible to unsee the differences, even with the new partnership.

Then you have the entertainment side of it too, but it’s real fighting. It’s real. There are no predetermined outcomes in the UFC. There won’t really be any type of crossover. With these words, White made it clear that there is no need to have any hopes for a crossover.
