 Mike Tyson recently celebrated his 57th birthday. All his fans from around the globe wished him well on this special day. His fan following includes various sportspersons and some from the UFC world as well. One among them was the former UFC two-division champion Henry Cejudo. Surprisingly, ‘The Messenger’ shared a picture of him along with ‘Iron Mike’ and the UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov. There are also many combat sports athletes who consider Tyson a great inspiration. The UFC legend, Khabib Nurmagomedov, falls on that list.

‘The Eagle once took to social media to share a picture of him and Tyson. Along with the picture, he wrote that it was his dream to meet the legendary boxer. and that he could finally meet Tyson at his home. Now, when Cejudo shared a picture of him along with ‘Iron Mike’ and Nurmagomedov, Nurmagomedov made sure that he too acknowledged that special day of the legend.

Henry Cejudo took to his Instagram handle to wish Mike Tyson a happy birthday. He posted a picture of him along with Mike Tyson and Khabib Nurmagomedov. Under the post, he wrote, “Happy 55th birthday Uncle Mike! Thank you for all the great words of wisdom and all the fun trips we’ve had. #miketyson.

Even though Tyson is celebrating his 57th birthday, ‘Triple C’ mistakenly referred to it as 55. Cejudo’s post was later shared by Nurmagomedov on his Instagram story. ‘The Eagle’ made sure that he acknowledged the legendary boxer’s special day. Both the fighters hold Tyson in high regard.

‘Iron Mike’ made ‘The Eagle’ upset

A year ago, Khabib Nurmagomedov sat down with Mike Tyson in his Podcast, ‘Hotboxin with Mike Tyson’. During the conversation, the Dagestani fighter mentioned that Tyson made him “upset” back in 2003. Nurmagomedov detailed that he was waiting for the match between Tyson and Clifford Etienne on February 22, 2003. He asked his father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, to wake him up as the fight took place at 5 a.m. in Moscow.

The Dagestani fighter had been waiting for the match for a long time, but the fight got over within 49 seconds. Tyson knocked out Etienne just 49 seconds into the first round, and this made the former UFC lightweight champion disappointed as he was waiting for a ferocious battle between the two boxers. In the very same interview, Nurmagomedov also mentioned that he is a great fan of Tyson, but he loves Muhammad Ali more. ‘Iron Mike’ was not at all offended by Nurmagomedov’s statement and instead agreed that Ali was the best boxer.
