We’ve already asked many times if Conor McGregor will be back soon. Perhaps a more important question to ask is, will he be ready to go to war when he does? McGregor has been consistent with his demands to Dana White asking for a UFC 300 return.
However, White has kept his quiet surrounding at least three fights. Amidst all of this chaos, ‘the Notorious’ continues to train but his training videos have left fans unimpressed. Here’s how they reacted to his latest sparring clip on Instagram.

It’s just like Michael Chandler said, Conor McGregor has to come back and fight somebody. And when he does, he’s going to be fresh off into the Octagon after years of being away. He will certainly need that bounce in his step if he wants to take home the victory.

In a recent clip, he can be seen circling the cage against a sparring partner. Fans believe his opponent didn’t try to attack McGregor much and was on the defensive for no apparent reason. Here’s how they trolled the Irishman in the comments section of the Instagram post.
“Lol this guy will never be champ “
While some believed he’ll never be champ again, others accused him of sparring fighters who don’t fight back.
“Stop sparring yesmen and get someone that tries to hurt you”
“Not much of a sparring partner”
This fan saw some rust in the machinery.
“I see stiffness, stuck in the mud almost!”
Meanwhile, others were against the sparring partner.
“He’s sparing a stick figure”
“Just whooping some novice”
This one fan wanted to be respectful.
“With respect, we never really see a good hard fought sparring session, maybe that is by design”
Looks like McGregor won’t dodge fans’ wrath this time around. Do you think the sparring is a bit off? Fans clearly felt that way. Now, one can also speculate that the fighter is showing less interactive clips to keep his real sparring a little secret. Either way, the UFC’s greatest showman has lost the fans’ favor over it before and the sparring may not be the only reason.

McGregor and his endless hints
Conor McGregor announced a June 29th return just for it to be flattened out by UFC head honcho Dana White. McGregor then went on to urge White to give him a fight already but he received no public response for his requests either. And still, he continues to tease a return with one of his more recent X posts.
