White in his recent YouTube claimed that he suffered injuries two years back but is now back to full fitness and even claimed to be feeling 25 years old again. He credits this success to doctor Gary Breckas, the founder of 10X Health Systems. However, he also reminds the fans that they don’t need to spend $120,000 to get to his level.

White said, “Since I taking my health seriously almost two years ago my life has completely changed. I’m more active, I have more energy I’m more productive at work. I’m more productive in life, period, I swear to god I feel like I am 25 years old again. I understand when you look at me and you say, oh yeah well, you got money. You can do this and that and everything. But you guys can join a gym and Garry can walk you through protocols that you can do. If you don’t have all the equipment that I have, there’s no excuse.”

Doctor Gary Breckas then added, “So we just finished a whole explanation of the superhuman protocol. But I want to make something really, really clear. You do not need all this fancy equipment. Sure, you got a 120 grand lying around. I would buy that equipment before I bought a Range Rover.” He then explained the different ways of getting the same benefit for free. Dana White has always taken extreme measures to achieve his fitness and once he even completed an 86-hour water fast.

The UFC head honcho is definitely one of the most influential people in the world. Recently the 52-year-old was in the news for following an extremely strict 86-hour water fast. He made sure he only drank water and broth for an extended period of 86 hours. While many doubted his ability to pull off something like this, White shocked everyone with his patience and resilience to complete the challenge. He also made sure to keep the fans updated about the research behind the diet.

The UFC CEO also made sure to share every stage of the diet with the fans. He received a lot of appreciation from his followers and even celebrities during this period. Former heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski said, “So, I did it! I was fasting for the first time in my life. It was not 86 hours; for me, it was only 36 because I started to have a headache.
