Comedian Theo Von joined the Rogan on the #1994 episode of the million-dollar podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. Von asked the podcast host if he is considering a change in his fitness goals as he starts moving into his late 50s. Apparently, Rogan has no intentions to change the way he works out. Moreover, his various therapies, including hormone replacement, make him feel like a much younger person. Furthermore, the JRE host stated that he still enjoys working out and engaging in martial arts the same way he did when he was thirty years old. He said, “I am not exaggerating. I have no problem doing hard workouts, kettlebells, heavy bag workouts [and] jiu-jitsu.”

Apart from the minor setbacks, he has no intentions to make any changes. His primary aim now is to maintain the routine he already has. “But as far as fitness goals, it’s just to maintain this. I know I have an extraordinary fitness for my age and I just maintain that… that’s the key,” said Joe Rogan. Consistency is the word for the 55-year-old.
Joe Rogan is not taking the fact that his fitness is a lot better than most people in that particular age group lightly. He understands that and continues to keep himself as healthy and happy as possible.
