Rogan mentioned how he’s one of the toughest people he’s ever met, while also stating that nobody can live the way Goggins does.

Goggins, 48, is a highly skilled endurance athlete,. He has successfully completed more than 60 ultra-marathons, triathlons, and ultra-triathlons, consistently breaking course records and achieving top-five placements. He previously held the Guinness World Record for pull-ups, having completed an impressive 4,030 in a mere 17 hours. Additionally, he is a highly sought-after public speaker. Joe Rogan claims nobody can replicate David Goggins’ lifestyle

But Joe Rogan, despite being an advocate of being fit and healthy, thinks that Goggins’ way of living life is not suitable for everyone. Moreover, he even believes it could prove fatal for many individuals. Joe Rogan said, “You can’t decide to live by what that guy does because you’ll die.”

However, the UFC commentator and podcast host loves Goggins as an individual. He claims that the former Navy Seal has a lovely personality. “But he’s lovely. He’s a great guy. Like, as a human, I love him to death. As a human, he’s great. He’s a cool guy,” said Joe Rogan.
