Francis Ngannou has the MMA world buzzing with his record-breaking move to the PFL. He is set to earn a high seven-figure purse for each fight in the promotion. However, it doesn’t look like he’s done denigrating the UFC. Analyst Chael Sonnen weighs in on Ngannou’s constant attacks on Dana White‘s promotion in a recent video on his YouTube channel.
Francis Ngannou and the UFC parted ways with a lot of bad blood. ‘The Predator’ sat out for months without a promotion before joining the PFL. Moreover, Ngannou and Dana White are still bickering about the way both of them conduct their businesses.

During a recent interview with Dan LeBatard, ‘The Predator’ didn’t have much to say about his PFL future going forward. Instead, he used most of the time to talk negatively about his previous workplace. Chael Sonnen noticed that and said, “He didn’t talk about any of them [Ngannou’s PFL plans]. As a matter of fact, Francis Ngannou used 90 percent of his interview to talk badly about the UFC.”
In addition to that, Ngannou also used a good chunk of his time talking about his boxing ventures in the future. When the time came to talk about his PFL plans, the former UFC champion didn’t provide any substantial information.
“He used nine percent of his interview to talk about the fact that he’d like to go in box but has no opponent and no promoter looking at him, no date in mind, or no official trainer or sparring partners lined up,” said Chael Sonnen. He added, “He used one percent of it to mention that, ‘Oh, by the way, for two million dollars I am currently a product of the PFL.”
Sonnen believes that ‘The Predator’ has no plans lined up
‘The American Gangster’ doesn’t think that Francis Ngannou has anything coming up soon. He mentioned that after witnessing the entire Dan LeBatard interview, he didn’t see any direction for the French-Cameroonian. Sonnen said, “I watched the entire LeBatard interview… and I don’t have the foggiest idea of a plan or a direction.”
