In a recent post on Instagram, Conor McGregor shared a hilarious image of himself facing off against another person in a yellow ‘Teletubby’ question. He had captioned the post, “THE FIGHT IS ON! MCGREGOR VS CHANDLER! See you on the date I said.”

Michael Chandler had also responded to the post on X, where he stated, ““On the date he said” but at the weight I said…he will do as he’s told.” As such, at the recent Powerslap Live press conference, Dana White was asked if the UFC would be doing another International Fight Week and if it could be potentially headlined by Conor McGregor.

The UFC head honcho answered the inquiry by revealing, “I saw the post, I saw the post, I don’t know what the Teletubby means but it could be. Hopefully, that’s what we want to do.”  He further went on to state, “I can honestly sit here right now and tell you we do not have a deal done for the Conor fight.”

And so, with another layer added to the ongoing speculation, the saga continues as fans eagerly await official announcements for the highly awaited return of Conor McGregor to the Octagon.

But with UFC 300 dominating the discussions in the MMA world recently, the UFC boss has also raised the stakes for all fighters involved in the historic event!

At UFC 300 the fighters will get a shot at securing landmark bonuses. The promotion’s standard is $50,000 for ‘Fight of the Night’ and other impressive finishes at events, but at UFC 100 the promotion had increased the bonuses to $100,000 to reflect the importance of the event.
