Jon Jones has once again sent a wave of excitement through the MMA world as he shared visuals of himself in a brand-new Hollywood movie. Therein, the undisputed heavyweight champion can be seen wearing a military uniform, all geared up, and ready to make the enemies of the nation cry. However, the fighting community extracted a different opinion. And it was indeed linked to Tom Aspinall.
Taking to X on the 23 December, ‘Bones’ shared a few pictures of himself in the new movie. In two of the pictures, he was in action, while the other two showed him with his fellow actors. And the caption? It read, “Still living out dreams.” Previously, Jones shared another visual on social media and revealed that it was a humbling experience for him. He was motivated, honored, and excited to move on to become an actor. He claimed, “The future’s looking real bright.”
Of course, this wasn’t the heavyweight champion’s first acting gig. He first appeared in the Netflix series called ‘The Cage’, where he portrayed himself as a champion. This series received ratings good enough to push the fight fans forward and watch it. If you want the numbers, ‘The Cage’ received a rating of 6.5/10 on IMDb and 57% on Rotten Tomatoes.

A fan wrote, “Looks like you’re not training for your next match.” And another fan suggested that Jones could definitely become an actor, but first, he needed to fight Aspinall and retire.
