Famous Italian football club AC Milan won the Serie A title after defeating Sassuolo by a 3-0 score line on Sunday. This victory marked AC Milan’s first Serie A title in 11 years. Since his return to Milan, it was also a big win for the veteran striker, Ibrahimovic.

Shortly after the news, the UFC star, Chimaev, congratulated Ibrahimovic by reposting his picture on his Instagram story. The welterweight star also tagged the AC Milan forward in his story.

‘Borz’ with just eleven professional MMA fights under his name has become a massive name in the fight industry. The 28-year-old is undefeated in the UFC and has climbed the third position on the 170lbs roster after his last victory.

The Russian-born Swedish fighter has a charismatic personality and has won many fans’ hearts with his stunning performances inside the cage. Therefore, he has gained a global following.

Interestingly, his popularity transcends the MMA community. Hence, Chimaev also has links with other superstars outside the fight industry. One of them is the famous AC Milan forward, Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Ibrahimovic previously backed the UFC welterweight combatant before his big fight against Gilbert Burns. The Swedish footballer posted an Instagram story with Chimaev’s weigh-in picture, along with a wolf that resembles the UFC star’s moniker.

These exchanges prove a good relationship between the two big stars of the sporting world.

What is next for Khamzat Chimaev in UFC?
