Joe Rogan is in all-praise for carnivore diet

During the episode #1994 of the JRE, Joe Rogan was joined by his good friend and fellow comedian, Theo Von. As the conversation meandered through various topics, it eventually found its way to the subject of food and energy. It was in this context that Rogan shared his dietary revelation.

“I switched back to a carnivore diet. I go back and forth on that,” Rogan stated. “And for the most part, I eat mostly meat and fruit and some vegetables.”

He emphasized that his decision came after a recent realization,“I had this moment, I guess it was about two weeks ago where I was like, ‘You know what? The best I ever felt, like, literally the best I ever felt all throughout the day was when I was on a carnivore diet.”

Delving deeper into his experience, Rogan explained, “And one of the things that I saw like, immediately, for seven-eight days, I ate nothing but meat and eggs and fat and bacon and nothing else… And my brain was working so much better.”

With his characteristic enthusiasm, Rogan elaborated on the benefits of this dietary approach, mentioning how it helped him maintain mental clarity, physical performance, and overall well-being.
