Did Dana White make a huge mistake by letting Muhammad Mokaev go? What’s your take?

The undefeated flyweight contender Muhammad Mokaev just gave a very cryptic hint to his UFC fans. He recently fought the final match of his UFC contract, but his stint with the promotion did not end on a good note. He managed to maintain his undefeated record at UFC 304 and defeated Manel Kape.

Unfortunately, even if he won, he did not get re-signed by Dana White because the UFC boss decided not to sign him. After all, he was hard to deal with, according to the promotion. Now the 24-year-old is back with an update, even though it is pretty cryptic.

Dana White was not just upset with the fighter because he was hard to deal with but also because of the 4 fouls. However after lots of requesting the boss for a place at UFC there was no answer. Surprisingly he just uploaded on Twitter one single word, “signed.”

Then he decided to drop out, and now the fans are speculating about where he might have signed his contract. As the UFC head honcho already stated that he was not going to sign ‘The Punisher’ back, that leaves promotions like ONE Championships, Rizin, or Cage Warriors, among others. Mokaev had taken the rejection pretty hard when White did not resign and even agreed to fight for free.

Brave CF, Rizin, PFL, Karate Combat, and ACA. I appreciate you believing in me; now I will sit down with my team and take the best option, not money-wise, but that could let me go back to the UFC ASAP.”

The UFC boss mentioned why he was taking this decision during the press conference, and it was not because of his fighting style. Many fans, and even veterans like Aljamain Sterling, criticize this decision. Meanwhile, Mokaev and his team were trying their best to get another contract with the UFC.

However, now he is signaling a new start! Where do you think it might be?
