Huge news regarding MMA management agency Paradigm sports came out today as it was revealed that long-time MMA manager, Tim Simpson, has decided to step away from the company. Simpson, as reported, has founded his own firm by the name of Chosen Advisory Group. This group will now be managing the likes of Leon Edwards, Israel Adesanya, Max Holloway, and Jiri Prochazka, among many other stars. Although these athletes were a part of Paradigm sports, Tim Simpson’s parting means they have also moved on to the new agency.
Paradigm Sports is run by Audie Attar, who also functions as the CEO of the company. Attar is known for being a well-known friend of UFC superstar Conor McGregor and the duo has been a part of multiple business projects. Since McGregor has been very public about his association with Paradigm, many even believe the Irishman to be one of the major stakeholders of the agency. Although the former double champ is not among the owners, he was initially managed by the company when he first made his entrance in the UFC. The news of the split in the group was initially reported by Ariel Helwani and Brett Okamoto, as well. The latter shared the update via a tweet, which drew the attention of MMA fans all around.

Although it isn’t really McGregor’s firm, someone felt it was not fair to take away all that major stars from Paradigm.
I ain’t Conor fan but it’s not fair to him to break away and talking the firm’s clients all together. Is that possible?

One individual felt it was all a part of UFC’s grand plan.
I'm pretty sure this will just be another management team that really is working at the behest of the UFC and their own interests rather than for their clients interests

Who is Audie Attar, CEO of Paradigm?
In the context of this news, it is important to understand who runs Paradigm Sports. Since it is one of the most influential agencies, with fighters from different nations being represented, CEO Audie Attar is clearly a major personality in the MMA world. Born in Iraq, the now successful businessman had to endure a rough childhood before he found himself in the USA. After successfully completing his education, Attar forayed into the management world mainly owing to his own athletic background. Paradigm was initially started by him with a focus on football players, but he eventually ended up directing his attention to MMA. After working with names like Michael Bisping, and Conor McGregor among many others, his agency has turned itself into one of the major players in athlete management. Currently, Paradigm has a host of upcoming athletes under its wing.
