UFC world unite to condemn the Khabib Nurmagomedov flight fiasco
Former UFC lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov had to be escorted out of Frontier Airlines en route to Los Angeles, citing the fact that he didn’t agree to cooperate with the flight attendants. So, what exactly transpired? According to reports, Khabib Nurmagomedov was seated near the emergency exit and as general protocol, the flight attendant asked the former champion to make sure that he assisted his fellow passengers in case of any emergency because he was seated at the emergency exit. Nurmagomedov appeared to be a bit confused by what the flight attendant was saying and moments later, the supervisor had to come in and assist both of them, and at the end ‘Eagle’ had to be escorted from the plane.

This incident soon became headlines across the world and the MMA community came in unison to condemn such character assassination attempts by the airlines. Khabib Nurmagomedov’s close friend, Daniel Cormier, commented in a post, “That’s really bad,” shared by the big media pages. Belal Muhammad was furious as he took to his X handle to write, “He couldve threw everyone off the plane and flew it himself if he wanted.”
Bo Nickal had a cheeky response to the event, “Clear + TSA pre-check = massive travel advantage when flying commercial.” Regardless, the airlines have assured the former champ that they would look into the matter but who knows what happens next. Regardless, let us move on forward to Merab Dvalishvili, who might have injury news.
