Now, the possible opponent for his comeback, Michael Chandler, has also opened up on his USADA status.

Michael Chandler recently shared a tweet, claiming that he got a visit from some officials from USADA. Indicating that he’s submitted his sample, he claimed that it was the perfect time. Chandler said, “Got a visit from [USADA] today…timing is always on point.”

Furthermore, ‘Iron’ also mentioned that he has started his training similar to Conor McGregor as we wait to see them fight inside the Octagon in the coming months. “Ball is rolling. Alexander Volkanovski to defend his title at UFC 297

The undisputed featherweight champion fell short against Islam Makhachev at UFC 284. However, he made up for his loss after dominating Yair Rodriguez at UFC 290 and keeping his title. Despite seeking another crack at the lightweight title, it seems like the UFC has other plans for him. Undefeated Ilia Topuria recently revealed that he is next in line for a featherweight title shot against ‘The Great’.

As reported by ‘MMA Orbit’, Topuria recently made an appearance on a Spanish TV show. He revealed that the UFC is working to set up a fight between him and Alexander Volkanovksi at UFC 297, which will take place in Toronto, Canada. The event is scheduled to take place in January next year as we wait for an official announcement from the UFC itself.

Paulo Costa revealed details about an injury ahead of the Khamzat Chimaev fight

Paulo Costa recently made an appearance on the ‘MMA Hour’ and discussed the fight against Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 294. He claims to have everything he needs to defeat the newly Emirati fighter and is confident that he will knock him out. However, concerns about the fight started to crop up after he disclosed an injury he faced as he geared up for the event in Abu Dhabi.

“I want this fight so bad. That’s why I am still in this fight. I did surgery, but I don’t care, I am gonna be there,” said ‘Borrachinha’. He seems to be pretty confident that he will make it to the fight and defeat Khamzat Chimaev easily, but we will have to wait until October 21st to find that out.
