The 5-time ADCC champion was on the front foot from the get-go and proved to be a tough customer for the Brazilian.

The fight lasted for 4 minutes and 40 seconds. Gordon Ryan, who predicted how the fight would end a few days prior, lived up to his words and finished off Patrick Gaudio the way he had envisioned. He is coming to put a beatdown on Paulo Costa. ‘Borz’ shared an image from a recent sparring session and captioned it: “There will be no jokes, it will be real.” With less than three weeks away from the fight, Chimaev is done fooling around and just wants to get back inside the Octagon.

Stephen Espinoza takes another jibe at Dana White

Things have gotten pretty heated up after Showtime president Stephen Espinoza commented on the UFC’s inability to ever secure a $20 million gate. His comments led to Dana White going ballistic on him in a post on social media. However, the comments did not seem to affect Espinoza as much as people would have thought. Instead, he took another jibe at the UFC CEO’s vocabulary.

As reported by ‘MMA Fighting’, Stephen Espinoza took shots at how Dana White responded to his comments about the $20 million gate. Moreover, he even suggested that the 54-year-old promoter should try to improve the way he spoke and communicated. “If that’s the only way he can engage in some sort of dialogue, then more power to him. I hope he can someday elevate his vocabulary and speak more eloquently and articulately,” said Espinoza. It seems like the heat between the two promoters won’t be dying down anytime soon.
