Dana White shows his hard stance to some fighters

Ahead of the star-studded UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi, the promotion has one more event, and it is the UFC Vegas 98 featuring Royval vs. Taira. Last night, the official weigh-ins of the event happened. Well, most of the fighters made their weight for the bouts but some of them were not that lucky.

Dan Argueta missed weight by 2.5 pounds over the bantamweight limit, however, his fight will still happen against Cody Haddon. However, there’s a condition to it, Argueta will have to forfeit 20% of his purse due to the weight miss. Not only that even Jared Gooden missed his weight by 1.5 pounds over the welterweight limit and his fight will go down but Gooden will also have to forfeit 20% of his purse.

Both the fighters will have to pay a hefty fine for their antics. Regardless, now that we know what the UFC does to the people who miss the weight. Now, let us have a look at a potential matchup between Jiri Prochazka and Jamahal Hill.
