Reports by TMZ suggest that an altercation occurred on August 29th at a West Hollywood club – when a fan approached Miller to greet him. Unfortunately, the encounter escalated into a verbal confrontation, with Miller allegedly putting the fan in a chokehold before security intervened. Miller left the club, but he returned the next day – eventually leading to his arrest.
