Alex Pereira drops an emotional video for his boys
Who knew that the man with the hands of stone could get this emotional? Well, Alex Pereira took to Instagram and shared a video filled with visuals of himself with his two sons, Alessandro and Lohan Pereira. The video took the light heavyweight champion through from the very beginning till his last victory. And in the caption, ‘Poatan’ put down a single word, “Family,” followed by a white heart emoji.
And guess what the background music played… It was indeed Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s ‘See You Again’. It was the one song that enhanced the meaning of family for ‘Fast and Furious’ fans, as the tear-jerking separation of Paul Walker and Diesel’s character played on the screen.

Star Wars star Daisy Ridley refers to MMA for her new action movie
During a Zoom interview with UPI, Ridley talked about ‘Cleaner’, where she plays Joey, a skyscraper window cleaner, who had to fight terrorists inside the building. But the fun fact was that she watched MMA bouts to learn the fighting scenes. She said, “I tried to watch MMA fights.” However, it didn’t seem like it was her cup of tea. She continued, “Honestly, they’re so violent I struggled to watch that many of them.”
Talking about her character in the new movie, Ridley said, “That level of aggression and that level of being very in your body, that was really the thing that was driving me physically for her.” No wonder, she took top MMA bouts for reference. There was one specific scene that she talked about which took quite a bit of effort. She went on, “One of the fights particularly is in a really contained area. So trying to figure out how to realistically battle someone while quite restricted physically was a challenge.”
Now, it’s time for the final stop. Let’s see what are the new developments that Conor McGregor’s civil case witnessed.

Conor McGregor’s controversial civil case gets a new update
Back in 2024, ‘The Notorious’ got into trouble as the jury finally gave the verdict in favor of Nikita Hand, in the civil case. McGregor was found liable and had to pay more than $250K in damages to Hand. On top of that, he had to pay for her legal fees as well. But now, things have a chance to turn to a brighter side for the former UFC double champion.
‘Mystic Mac’ has now officially filed an appeal against his civil case in Ireland. With this, he might just win back everything that he lost in 2024. This includes his association with Proper No. 12 and everything that he worked hard for. But we’ll have to wait a few more weeks to know what comes out of the appeal.
