With the conclusion of UFC Kansas City, there were a number of noteworthy incidents taking place in the MMA world. The last 24 hours too, weren’t an exception to this. From the noted UFC persona, Daniel Cormier, giving his views on the UFC Kansas City main event victor, Max Holloway, to the famed boxing promoter Eddie Hearn’s desire to get Francis Ngannou inside the boxing ring. Daniel Cormier was all praises for Max Holloway

Max ‘Blessed’ Holloway has always been a touted Featherweight owing to his superb in-octagon skills. Recently, Holloway’s performance at the UFC Kansas City main event earned him a lot of praise from the famed former UFC champ-champ, Daniel Cormier. Of late, ‘DC’ took to his YouTube channel and lauded ‘Blessed’ with a few appreciative words.

In his video, ‘DC’ praised Holloway’s composure throughout the bout immensely. He said, “The most important thing to think about, though, was Max’s [Hollway] patience in this fight. He showed that he’s still improving and that he’s getting better”. Cormier also mentioned that the ending of the UFC Kansas City main event reminded him about one of his memories where Holloway had decided to slug it all out in the last 10 seconds of the bout.

He said, “This reminds me of the time when he pointed to the center of the Octagon in Anaheim and they just went at it for ten seconds. Tonight against Arnold Allen, with the last ten seconds, he dropped Allen because he said let’s just fight.”

A lot of viewers might agree with Cormier in this regard. Also, probably every ‘Blessed’ fan will want him to hold up this form in his upcoming bouts.

Beneil Dariush provided a ray of hope for heartbroken fans

It’s needless to say that a lot of UFC fans were disappointed after Charles ‘Dubronx’ Oliveira pulled out of his UFC 288 bout against the noted Lightweight, Beneil Dariush. But recently, the latter came up with a ray of hope for the fans who had been awaiting this bout eagerly.

Of late, Dariush was interviewed by ‘The Schmo’ where he revealed that the UFC was working to get this fight rescheduled to a later date. ‘Benny’ also revealed the probable date on which their fight would be scheduled.

They said they want to push the fight to June 10th”, revealed the ‘Iranian native’ fighter. However, he also refrained from confirming anything as he said, “By the way, I still don’t have a contract so I’m not sure if that’s- it’s for sure, but that’s what they told me they want to do. June 10th”

Eddie Hearn expressed his desire to work with Francis Ngannou

The famed former UFC Heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, had made it clear that he wouldn’t mind going for boxing after his UFC exit. However, he had also said that his return to MMA was also very much possible. Ngannou presenting himself open for boxing has now attracted the famed boxing promoter Eddie Hearn.

Recently, Hearn appeared on the noted podcast, ‘The MMA Hour’ and revealed that he would not mind having his agent, the noted British boxer, Anthony Joshua, in a bout with ‘The Predator’.

Hearn revealed that since Anthony Joshua hadn’t been in the best of his form recently, so a bout with Ngannou won’t be a bad choice. Do you think we will get to see ‘The Predator’ take on Anthony Joshua in the boxing ring?
