With the UFC 283 coming to an end, it is understandable the last few hours were quite action-packed for MMA fans. McGregor is known for his brash and overconfident attitude among UFC fans. He also was one of the most brutal trash talkers of all time in the promotion. But recently, ‘Mystic Mac’ showcased a completely different side of himself. He chose to turn humble and lauded the Hall Of Fame induction of his former rival and UFC Featherweight Champion, Jose Aldo.

McGregor tweeted from his own media organization, ‘The Mac Life’ which read, “JOSE ALDO INDUCTED INTO UFC HALL OF FAME“. He also captioned his tweet mentioning, “Earned!”

The awesome UFC 283 presented two retirements along with two new champions
The UFC 283 main event displayed an absolute thriller of a bout between former UFC Light-Heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira, and the newly crowned champion Jamahal Hill. Teixeira, the oldest champion in the history of the UFC, chose to bid goodbye to the Octagon after a decorated career. He had also amassed a record of 33-9.
Teixeira addressed his retirement in his post-fight interview, stating, “It’s an honor to put the gloves down on the same night as Shogun. I wish we were in The Voice Gracie area where you can just go no rounds and keep going in this. But you know we’re not and I just not keeping up anymore.”
In one more Light Heavyweight fight, the noted, Mauricio Rua suffered a TKO loss against Ihor Potieria. ‘Shogun’ had already announced prior to the fight that this would be his last outing inside the octagon.
However, he expressed his desire to have ended it all with a win. He stated, “I’m going to end my career here. I have to thank my fans, Dana [White], Lorenzo [Fertitta], and everyone in the UFC who made it happen over the years”.
Brazilian crowd turned hostile after Brandon Moreno’s win over Deiveson Figueiredo
The UFC 283 co-main event saw the local boy and reigning UFC Flyweight champion, Deiveson Figueiredo, lose out his title to Brandon Moreno. The bout was awarded to Moreno; after Figueiredo was considered unable to battle due to a severe injury under his eye. Moreno dominated most of the three rounds, after which the fight was called to a stop.

The Brazilian crowd lost their temper at seeing their champ dethroned. They started hurling food and drinks at the newly crowned champion, Brandon Moreno.
