Bullying is one of the most heinous acts that one could inflict on another. It takes a severe psychological toll on the person going through it. UFC welterweights Darren Till and Mike Perry had a lot to say about a bunch of bullies exposed online.

A gang of boys has been recorded, lynching and demeaning a 12-year-old boy. The bullies took turns beating up the boy, and one is seen to have kicked him in his genital area.

The video was posted by Twitter user @FPFaz, which Till then retweeted. The user posted the video on March 1st, but since Till retweeted it, the video has exponentially increased in views and has garnered various reactions.

Darren Till, Mike Perry, and others react to the bullying video

Darren Till is one of the most genuine personalities in the sport currently. His outgoing and no filter personality helps him speak his mind whenever he wants. Clearly, he let loose with his word on the bullies.

Another former welterweight of the UFC, Mike Perry, also replied to the post, stating, “Damn, w*f man, there is some karma coming for them no doubt.”

The advocation of anti-bullying is something that has been going on for a while. Many MMA fighters have also spoken against bullying and some have even shared their experience of the same.

Other MMA fighters and personalities also demanded to punish the bullies in a severe manner. Whether productive or not, it is good to know that media personalities actively voice out against bullying on social media.

MMA fighters that have been bullied

More often than not, there is a profound reason for a person to begin martial arts. There have been a handful of fighters in the UFC and other promotions who have been bullied themselves.

Georges St. Pierre, arguably the greatest MMA fighter in the sport’s history, was also bullied as a kid back in Canada.

Mike Perry, who voiced out against bullying in the reaction above, was also bullied in high school.

Come what may, these fighters have stood up against adversity and bullying. They’ve gone from being bullied to a position of immense respect and glory and it is great to see them taking a stand against bullying.
