While Tyson may no longer be at his peak, he’s leaving nothing to chance in his preparation, showing determination and focus in recent training videos.
Despite the age gap, Tyson still commands a huge fan following, and many believe he has a shot at victory. Recently, “The Schmo” shared a video on his YouTube channel, polling various celebrities on who they think will come out on top. Former UFC star Donald Cerrone was quick to pick Tyson as the favorite, citing the raw power Tyson still displays in training. Commenting on the match-up, Cerrone said, “Mike’s still got it. If he hits him, he’s going down. I don’t know how nice Mike will be, but if the killer instinct comes out, he’s putting him down.” Cerrone isn’t alone in his confidence—UFC commentator Joe Rogan also believes Tyson has what it takes to win the November 16 bout.

41-year-old Stipe Miocic is all set to face one of the biggest challenges of his career in Jon Jones. Miocic has been inactive for quite some time now and many feel this would be a deciding factor. However, the Ohio native isn’t quite bothered about this and is confident in his legendary toughness to guide him through the bout.
However, the UFC’s resident firefighter is also excited about the upcoming boxing clash between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson. According to Miocic, ‘The Problem Child’ has all the skills to beat Tyson and he did not have any doubt about picking him as the favorite to win the fight.

During the podcast, Paul asked Miocic, “Oh yeah, who do you think’s gonna win?”. The former UFC heavyweight champion had no hesitation in picking the social media influencer as the favorite. Many experts feel that the only way to beat Paul for Tyson would be to use his power in the initial rounds of the fight.
