One of England’s most popular fighters, Michael ‘Venom’ Page, has finally stepped inside the UFC’s Octagon after a decade-long career in Bellator came to an end in 2023. The Englishman started off as a welterweight in Dana White’s promotion, but after one win and one loss, ‘Venom’ decided to make the move to the middleweight division, and now he’s competing in his first 185-pound fight in Saudi Arabia this weekend. 

Now, Michael ‘Venom’ Page is all set to face Dagestan’s Sharaputdin Magomedov at UFC Fight Night 250. But before we get to that, let’s get to know the 37-year-old on a personal note. Where is Michael ‘Venom’ Page from?

Born on April 7th, 1987 in London, England, Michael ‘Venom’ Page was welcomed into this world by his father Curtis Page Sr., and his mother Pauline Reece. His father worked a blue-collar job and was an employee at British Telecom, and his mother worked in the medical field as a nurse. However, Page’s parents aren’t originally English since his father hails from Trinidad while his mother comes from Jamaica. 

Michael ‘Venom’ Page isn’t the only one in his family because he’s got an astounding nine siblings, with three of them reportedly adopted by his parents. His brothers, Curtis Jr, Jamie, and Kalon, and his sister Sefena are also martial artists just like their UFC star brother. Apart from his family, Page also appears to have a wife, although he hasn’t spoken about it in public.

Michael ‘Venom’ Page’s parents and early life

During one of UFC’s countdown episodes, Michael Page revealed that he grew up in a family of martial artists because both his parents, Curtis Page Sr. and Pauline Reece, practiced Lau Gar kung fu. The 37-year-old also added that, in the past, learning kickboxing from a young age helped him stay clear from getting into trouble since his family moved into a pretty rough neighborhood.

Given that Michael Page is now a part of the biggest MMA promotion in the world, we can be certain that fans will get to know more about him than just his knockout highlights.
