"Do Michael 'Venom' Page's walkouts make him the most entertaining fighter in the UFC today?"

37-year-old Michael ‘Venom’ Page is all set to feature at the upcoming UFC 303 event. The former Bellator fighter will take on Ian Garry in an exciting welterweight clash. Page impressed everyone with his debut performance at UFC 299. However, he will be up against an unbeaten Irish when he steps inside the Octagon at UFC 303.

‘Venom’ is known for his unorthodox fighting style and speed inside the Octagon. He is also known for his unique walkout as well. Before his clash, he pointed out the reason behind such a distinctive style.

Before his move to the UFC, ‘Venom’ was busy knocking out people in the Bellator. However, he not only entertained fans with his fighting style, but also because of his walkout. While speaking to ‘Mighty Mouse’, the 37-year-old revealed that most of it were already planned before the fight. Demetrious Johnson has always been a fan of ‘MVP’ and his fighting, but always has been curious to know about his walkouts.

While interviewing him on his YouTube channel, Johnson asked, “Do you manifest that stuff? Like are you in the back and you’re warming up and you’re doing your pad work, you’re doing everything. And you’re like okay after I knock him out. This is what I’m going to do.” Page was quick to respond that most of his stuff is pre-planned and he even practices them beforehand. He said, “No no a lot of what I do is already premeditated like I already know like. This is why I have my gimmicks. My celebrations are already set. They’re ready. Cause I have already seen it.”

“I’ve seen it a hundred times, I’ve seen it a million times, and I have seen it play out,” the fighter concluded. After his first UFC victory, Page didn’t quite bring out any of his famous celebrations. However, he did impress one and all with his performance inside the Octagon. His debut victory has now earned him an opportunity to take on Ian Garry for an exciting clash.

One of his biggest fans at the moment is 56-year-old Joe Rogan. The UFC color commentator, while speaking to Brendan Schaub, pointed out why he can cause an upset at UFC 303 next.

Joe Rogan feels ‘MVP’ is the most unpredictable fighter in the UFC

The clash between Ian Garry and Michael ‘Venom’ Page has caught the attention of many out there. Both fighters have very contrasting styles, which makes the battle even more interesting. Experts have already started picking their favorites and most feel Garry might just have the upper hand. At 26-years-old ‘The Future’ is unbeaten in the UFC and one of the growing names in the division.

Joe Rogan and Brendan Schaub took to the former’s podcast to discuss the clash. While speaking to Rogan, Schaub made it clear that Garry might just be too tough for Page. However, Rogan didn’t quite agree with the claims made by him. The UFC color commentator said, “He’s amazing. Michael Venom Page is amazing.” Rogan further pointed out that his unusual style might just be a problem for the 26-year-old.

He even pointed out that he is the toughest to face on feet and added, “I’ll tell you what you might be right, you might be wrong. I’m interested. I just think that he is the most difficult puzzle on the feet I’ve ever seen.” Page is one of the most unorthodox fighters in the division currently. His last fight proved that he could cause trouble inside the Octagon. However, he will have to be at his best against the #7 ranked Ian Garry.
