Nevertheless, his very first fight in the UFC was a phenomenal win, and the fighter’s strengths are quite formidable. But did you know that MVP once competed against the former UFC fighter, Mike Perry, under the banner of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship? If not, here’s everything you need to know!

MVP’s loss in BKFC!

Back in August 2022, Page faced off against Perry at BKFC 27. It was the main event at the Wembley Arena in London. Even though  Page never really tried his hands at bare-knuckle boxing, the fighter tried his chances before finally entering the UFC. Perry was the one who opened up the bout with a clean right fist. With his greater experience at bare-knuckle fighting, ‘Platinum’ was indeed dominating the squared ring against ‘Venom’.

By the end of the fifth round, both of the fighters were completely bloodied, but the judges simply could not choose a winner. The fighters, therefore, entered a sudden death round. Although the former Bellator contender showcased exceptional fighting prowess, he lost the bout against Perry, as the judges’ scorecards tilted in the American fighter’s favor.

Following his loss to Perry, Page got himself signed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship and greatly impressed the fight fans with his debut against Holland. Running on a two-fight winning streak in the realm of mixed martial arts, Page is about to enter the Octagon against Garry. Do you believe MVP will rise victorious against ‘The Future’?
