Merab Dvalishvili Reveals Why He Respects Conor McGregor More After Khabib Nurmagomedov Fight: “He Did Tell Me”

Moreover, the Georgian has been having a pleasant week as he met Conor McGregor before his UFC Fight Night bout against Yan. He clicked a picture with ‘The Notorious’.

Furthermore, in the post-fight interview, Dvalishvili also revealed the thing he likes about McGregor the most. Moreover, the respect he gathered for him was after the Irishman’s famous fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Merab Dvalishvili spoke about why he respects Conor McGregor

Bantamweight’s rising star Merab Dvalishvili commented about why he respects ‘The Notorious’. The Georgian fighter revealed some insights about McGregor‘s likeability and why he respects him more after UFC 229.

‘The Machine’ was ecstatic while describing his meeting with the popular Irish star. He described how he has been continuing despite achieving a lot in the sport.

The UFC bantamweight said, “After Khabib’s fight I give him even big respect because he show heart. He showed toughness, and he’s warrior… He’s such a nice person. He came and take picture with me and Aljo and he was nice to us.”

McGregor recently met Aljamain Sterling and Merab Dvalishvili before UFC Fight Night. There he clicked a picture with the two bantamweights.

Dvalishvili revealed what happened when he met McGregor

The UFC bantamweight was more than delighted to see the Irishman. He added some qualities of McGregor that he likes. ‘The Machine’ stated, “I was so happy to see him because I was wanted to tell him “Thank You” whatever he did for the sport…”

Furthermore, he added, “He has a charismatic, and he’s such humble. He did tell me he likes my level change and shoot and he said this is beautiful and he like my work. That was a big compliment from him, you know. He’s big star… He is still working hard.”

Dvalishvili resonates with what every McGregor fan feels. He possibly had his fan boy moment in front of ‘The Notorious’.
