Andrew Tate has been in legal trouble in Romania for the last few months. ‘Top G’ is on house arrest after spending months in a Romanian jail as his trial continues. The former kickboxer has been making appearances on different podcasts and channels to give his side of the story and keep in contact with fans.

While most conservatives have been critical of Tate and his influence on young men, others such as conservative host Candace Owens are more amicable to him. Owens was joined by Tate on her podcast, where they made some interesting comments about UFC fighter Colby Covington.

Andrew Tate, in conversation with Daily Wire host, Candace Owens, was compared to UFC welterweight Colby Covington. Owens compared Covington’s boisterousness and flashiness to Andrew Tate’s displays on social media, implying Tate plays a character in these posts for views and clout. She also played down remarks made by Tate as simply bragging and trash-talk.

Owens also talked about having ‘Chaos’, who she is friends with in the studio for a podcast. She was surprised to find him quiet, serious, and respectful, contrary to the image he projects in public. On being asked about the discrepancy, he told her how he was unable to draw fans in his early days.

‘Top G’ warns criticism of him will drive youth away from conservatives

Tate agreed and cautioned conservatives about criticizing him, which could discourage young people from joining the movement. “The thing actually which a lot of conservatives and the conservative movement don’t understand is that by attacking somebody for having a little bit of fun, or for having some bravado, or saying something audacious, or having a nice car…you’re gonna attack people for that you’re just gonna drive young boys away from your message. You need the youth of a message for the message to exist and survive,” Tate told Owens
