Sean Brady married his long-time girlfriend, Kristen in May 2023. Reports online indicate that the couple had been together for a long time before deciding to tie the knot.

His wife makes occasional appearances on the fighter’s Instagram. She is also a nurse, as Brady revealed in an Instagram post when he pulled out of his UFC 290 bout against Jack Della Maddalena. He had shared an update with his fans that stated he was undergoing medical issues with his elbow.

Brady revealed in the statement, “My wife, being a nurse, took a look at my arm on Tuesday morning and told me it would be the best idea to go to the hospital (for what we thought would be 1 dose of IV antibiotics)…”

Initially, he noticed a small blister on his elbow, which escalated into swelling and pain. Despite efforts to treat it with antibiotics, the infection worsened. The orthopedic surgeon had to drain Brady’s elbow twice and determined it was a septic bursitis which led to him pulling out of the matchup. However, his wife’s presence and experience allowed him to get treated before he could suffer from further complications.

Sean Brady’s wife has been the bedrock of his successful career as her expertise as a nurse has helped him check his health on a regular basis. According to Brady, Kristen is a sweet person, who likes to help everybody but there was an instance when the fighter was furious as people gave death threats not only to him but also to his wife. 

When Kristen Brady received threats from UFC fans

Back when Sean Brady was about to fight Belal Muhammad at UFC 280, things got out of hand as Muhammad’s fans took it too far, threatening Brady and his wife with death threats. ‘Remember The Name’ fans threatened to kill and bury Sean Brady’s lifeless body in the desert if he ever won against Muhammad. Well, ultimately Brady lost the fight by way of unanimous decision.

After the defeat, Brady in a conversation with the media revealed the haunting experience. “Someone messaged her and said that if I won the fight against Belal they would kill me and bury me in the desert, it was pretty bad. Dude, these fans, they’re scumbags.” The fighter emphasized that he can take all the hate but when it comes to his wife then things get pretty out of hand.

“I don’t let it get to me. I try not to lean into that s*** anymore. But my wife, she’s a registered nurse. Message me. Don’t message my wife, especially if you’re a man. Be a man. Say it to me, don’t say it to my f****** wife,” Brady dared anyone to get close to him and his wife. Regardless, the Philadelphia native had his reasons for getting upset over the hubbub.
