In the 1977 episode of JRE, Rogan was talking with his guest, stand-up comedian, Dave Smith. During the conversation, Smith said how kids catch up on swear words from elders. That’s when Rogan remembered his experience with his youngest daughter.
Rogan said, “When my daughter was three. When my youngest daughter was three, we were skiing and we were leaving the hotel. We packed our stuff up and my wife realised I forgot to pack the helmet, in this one bag and my three-year-old goes, ‘sh*t’. Me and my wife look each other and go ‘Oh no’.“
After recalling the incident, Rogan burst into laughter. Both he and his wife realized the importance of being extra conscious when speaking in front of their young children, as kids tend to learn from their parents easily.
