Former UFC middleweight title challenger Marvin Vettori just blasted his latest opponent Paulo Costa for rematch demands.

‘The Italian Dream’ aimed at the Brazilian as ‘Borrachinha’ called him an ‘a**hole* in a recent interview with Ag Fight. Costa went on a rant against Vettori and dished out all his frustration on the man who displaced him from the rankings.

“I’ll fight him now. It’s the only fight that interests me. No one else interests me. Unless if it’s for the title, but I’m no fool. I’m not stupid to consider now. I want to fight him. He’s the only viable guy that interests me. If it’s not him, I’m not even interested in fighting. I let Dana White know that,” Costa said in the interview.

Costa also made it clear that there is no respect between the two and he just wants to show Vettori his place. “I don’t respect him. I want to end his life. He’s an a**hole, a fool. He had this win over me and thinks he’s the man, but he’s an a**hole, a child.”

“We see he’s a goof. He can’t even wear shorts the right way. There’s a photo of him with his shorts backward, and he still thinks he’s the man. But I’ll fight him again. I mean, at least I plan to,” Costa continued.

In an epic comeback, Vettori sidelined Costa with a well placed Tweet, where he downgraded the Mixed Martial Artist to a ‘Bit*ch’ he knows.

“You was in the cage with me 30 pounds heavier and for real I know a bitch her name Felicia she hits harder than you @danawhite,” wrote Vettori in his Tweet.

Both the fighters met each other in the octagon 2021, back at the main event of UFC Fight Night 196. Here, Vettori (18-5-1), clinched the win with a unanimous decision.

Currently, ‘The Italian Dream’ is setting himself up for a shot at the title once again. To do that, he needs to build a winning streak. Even though Costa might be an easy target for the Italian, he isn’t giving the fight any thoughts.
