Like Schrodinger’s cat, whether Mark Zuckerberg vs. Elon Musk fight is still alive or dead is unclear. On his most recent appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Musk said that he would be willing to fight Zuckerberg “anywhere, anytime” and in any martial art.

A few days later, however, Mark Zuckerberg shared that he had torn his ACL and would be undergoing surgery to address it. And Logan Paul’s podcast suspects that Elon Musk used brain control to cause ‘Zuck’s injury.

WWE star Logan Paul was discussing Musk’s callout of Zuckerberg for a fight on his Impaulsive podcast with his co-hosts Mike Majlak and guest Jeff Wittek. Wittek found it very strange that right after Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a fight on JRE, the Facebook founder tore his ACL. Zuckerberg is a serious martial artist who recently earned a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He tore his ACL while sparring a few days ago.

“Right after Elon Musk went on Joe Rogan and was like ‘you know what, I’ll fight him anytime, anywhere, in any martial art’. And Joe Rogan was like, ‘are you serious?’ Like now it’s going to have to happen, you know. And then the next day [Zuckerberg’s] ACL gets torn. I think that there’s some conspiracy going on there like Elon somehow Neuralink tore that ACL. Like it wasn’t just a random like he was training that day and it tore,” Wittek said.

Wittek jokingly suggested that Elon Musk’s mind control via Neuralink caused this injury. Neuralink is developing implantable brain-computer interfaces to help people who are neurally challenged improve their quality of life. The company is owned by Musk.

Just to be clear, there is no way that Musk could have caused Zuckerberg’s injury since the latter does not have a Neuralink implant in his brain. However, even without the injury, it is extremely unlikely that the two would have fought given what transpired before Musk’s JRE appearance.

Why Musk vs. Zuckerberg was called off originally

Earlier this year, Elon Musk jokingly suggested that he would be up for a fight against Mark Zuckerberg. The latter responded to the Twitter owner and asked Musk to “send me location”. This, of course, set the internet on fire, UFC CEO Dana White and even the Italian government jumped in to make the fight possible and decide on a venue.

However, some months later, Zuckerberg came out and said that he was moving on from the Musk fight. He stated that the SpaceX CEO was not serious about their fight, and he wanted to fight people who were serious about fighting him. And given that Zuckerberg competes in BJJ and has even won a tournament in California, it seems likely that Musk, known for making unsubstantiated claims, was the one who caused the fight to be called off.
