After a massively successful MMA career with the UFC, ‘The Eagle’ is setting himself up as a promoter. Nurmagomedov is gearing up for his first North American event for his MMA promotion- Eagle Fighting Championship. During an interview for the same, ‘The Eagle’ took a jibe at his former foe- Dustin Poirier. No, he didn’t call Poirier out or challenge him for a fight against any of his teammates. Instead, he gave Poirier an offer.
In a recent interview with ESPN, ‘The Eagle’ was asked for his opinion on the UFC 269 main event. Initially, he stated that Dustin Poirier’s loss surprised him. But afterward, when the host asked him to give ‘The Diamond’ some advice, Nurmagomedov jokingly offered Poirier to join his promotion.
