UFC Middleweight contender Paulo Costa is seemingly looking to get into a new form of competition and it is related to eating and not fighting. It looks like Paulo Costa wants to take on rising lightweight Paddy Pimblett. Costa called out Pimblett and wants to challenge him for an Ice-cream eating competition. He has also removed Joe Rogan and Herb Dean from their jobs and filled their spot with his own replacements.

Paulo Costa is one of the best middleweights in the world at the moment. But apart from fighting, he is also known for his antics outside the ring. Recently he had a humorous exchange with UFC lightweight Paddy Pimblett. Costa posted a funny animation video and thanked Pimblett for helping him out in cutting weight.
Costa went on to make perfect weight in his following fight against Luke Rockhold. Paulo won the fight against Luke Rockhold at UFC 278 via decision.
In an octagon interview with Joe Rogan, Costa calls out Pimblett and says that he is ready to mess up his stomach now and wants an ice cream competition.
Paulo Costa now posted an Instagram post in which he challenged Paddy Pimblett for an Ice-cream eating challenge.

Joe Rogan and Herb Dean will have to sit out for this one
For this fantastic Ice-cream eating event, Paulo Costa has also brought in his own referee, Ariel Helwani, replacing Herb Dean. He replaced the top UFC commentator, Joe Rogan, with one of the most entertaining reporters, The Schmo.

If Costa’s wish does come true, it will be interesting to see who wins the Ice-cream championship, as Pimblett will give a tough competition to Costa. Pimblett is himself famous for the hilarious things he does outside the ring.
Also, it will be interesting to watch Schmo do the commentary duty for such a fight instead of Joe Rogan. Also, it looks like Herb Dean can rest up for this fight as a renowned journalist, Ariel Helwani will be the one taking on the ice-cream battle between these two UFC fighters.

Paulo Costa’s win at UFC 278 against Luke Rockhold has brought him back in the column. Going into the fight, Paulo Costa was on a two-fight losing streak, which included back-to-back losses against Israel Adesanya and Marvin Vettori.
