The rise in popularity of Joe Rogan in the media space seems to have rubbed some people the wrong way. In light of his continued success with the JRE podcast, the host of ABC’s talk show ‘The View’, Joy Behar, made some distasteful comments about Rogan, prompting the 57-year-old to issue a response on social media.
‘The View’ has been one of the top-rated shows on ABC, as it holds the leading position for the most watched daytime shows on television for five straight seasons. So, obviously, they have a good enough reach. Keeping that in mind, recently, Joy Behar, during her show, made a strange comment about Rogan when she claimed that people like to watch her show because they want to know the truth. However, when it comes to Joe Rogan, according to her, viewers can’t achieve that because he believes in the existence of mythical creatures like the dragon.
“We went from Walter Cronkite to this guy, Joe Rogan, who believes in dragons,” said Joy Behar. As soon as Rogan came across these comments on social media, he shared an amusing response. “That’s my new official X description,” tweeted Rogan, who would change his X bio to “dragon believer.” The JRE host is not one to shy away from such confrontations, because he not only changed his X bio but also the bio of his Instagram handle.

Well, taking a dig at Joe Rogan’s belief that dragons exist may not be a wise move for Joy. Well, if you’re wondering why, it’s because, during one of the JRE host’s recent conversations with an expert, it seems that those mythical creatures might have existed in the past.

Joe Rogan claims to love the TV series, ‘Game of Thrones’, where one of the key mythical creatures that play an important role in the show is the dragon. As we’ve already mentioned about his belief that dragons were real, Rogan surprised his audience when he claimed that when he talked to a wildlife biologist about it on his multi-million-dollar podcast, he learned that the chances of dragons co-existing with humans in the past could be true.

“I had this guy, Forest Galant. He’s a wildlife biologist, and he thinks there’s a real possibility that dragons were an actual thing. Not only that, he also claimed that they lived alongside humans,” said Joe Rogan. “That’s why there are all these records in all these different cultures. Chinese culture has dragons; Japanese culture has dragons; ancient Europeans have dragons.”, the UFC color commentator further added.
