Swedish fighter Alexander Gustafsson, who is a teammate of UFC superstar Khamzat Chimaev, will return to UFC action after a sabbatical of almost two years. In July, the Swedish fighter will take on the Ukrainian light-heavyweight fighter, Nikita Krylov.
Alexander Gustafsson is currently on a losing streak in his career, having lost his last three bouts. He lost his last two fights against Fabrício Werdum and Anthony Smith via submission. Also, he suffered a KO loss to Jon Jones at UFC 232 in a light heavyweight title fight.

Although he hasn’t been able to put together a winning streak, he is considered a legend by many fans and critics. ‘The Mauler’ will look to have his arm raised against Krylov, who is on a losing streak of his own. The latter’s last bout was at UFC London, where he lost to Paul Craig via first-round submission.
The details of the event are not revealed by the UFC as of yet. However, there have been reports that the UFC will return to London this July.

Another fighter who is likely to be a part of the UFC London event apart from Gustafsson and Krylov is the fan-favorite Tom Aspinall. The Brit created a stir in the last London event after his impressive victory against Alexander Volkov.
Georges St-Pierre critiques Khamzat Chimaev vs Gilbert Burns
Khamzat Chimaev’s fight against Gilbert Burns was loved by many fight fans and was praised by Dana White. UFC legend Georges St-Pierre weighed in on the war as well.
“He needed this because he went through everybody a little bit like butter. I think you need some adversity sometimes and in the adversity, you get better and you improve. So I think it was a good fight for him.”

“I like to watch him fight, but I don’t think he fought the smartest fight…You need to prepare, to game plan, and to become the perfect nemesis for your opponent. You can’t always go in there and try to trade blows with someone like this,” said ‘Rush.’
