Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov‘s rivalry was one for the ages, igniting a firestorm of emotions and tension between the two fighters and their teams. McGregor’s verbal jabs and taunts struck a nerve with each of Khabib’s team members, the Dagestani lot, setting the stage for one of the most iconic rivalries in the history of UFC.
Even after their much-publicized fight in 2018, the feud between McGregor and Khabib has continued to simmer, with both sides adding fuel to the fire whenever the opportunity arises. Most recently, the Irishman made headlines with a tweet bragging about his vision, claiming, “I have 20/10 vision in my right eye. 20/20 in my left.” But McGregor’s tweet did not go unnoticed by Khabib’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, who wasted no time in responding with a stinging remark of his own.

Conor McGregor is recognized for his strong hitting, though. But his reputation has undoubtedly suffered because of submission defeats.
