Hours after Dana White announced the strawweight title fight between Zhang Weili and Yan Xiaonan, An X account claimed another title fight was reportedly going to be added to UFC 300. The X post said, “Alex Pereira vs. Tom Aspinall for the UFC Heavyweight Interim Championship is a DONE DEAL for [UFC 300].”

The ESPN reporter also added that the announcement regarding the interim heavyweight title fight will be announced soon by Dana White. Moreover, Aspinall’s cries for a fight amidst the situation with Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic have been heard as more title fights are going to be announced soon.
